Hello all, my name is Ryan! Let me start off by saying, I am not a professional or anything like that.
I am Morbidly obese and i wake up gasping for breath sometimes. I am tracking my progress and journey and hope by showing where i started and where i plan to go.
I used to find solace in binge eating food. It was the only thing that made me happy. But, when you get winded from even walking from the car to the front door of your home it hit you like a ton of bricks.
So starting today i will choose to LIVE. I wanna have kids and a family. Family is important to me. If i dont change, i wont be around to have a family.
Remember, you can choose to live your best life and choose to be happy.

Today was a good day. Threw away all my chips, Candy, Soda, Energy Drinks and been drinking just water. Nothing else. Below is my food intake for today.

1 Small Apple
2 Scoops Scrambled Eggs
2 pieces of wheat toast
1 Banana
Dinner
Workout
40 Squats
20 Calf Raises
20 Push Offs
